FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder industry and can be used to produce a fodder additive having antioxidant properties used for feeding animals and poultry. Fodder additive with antioxidant properties contains, as an active principle, diacetophenonylselenide, beta-carotene, vitamin E, vitamin C and plant phospholipids dissolved in vegetable oil, and as a carrier, wheat bran and meal obtained during the processing of oil seeds, with the following ratio of components, mass%: diacetophenonylselenide 0.05–0.08, beta carotene 0.05–0.06, vitamin E 0.15–0.17, plant phospholipids 4.0–4.5, vitamin C – 0.15–0.17, vegetable oil – 29.0–31.0, wheat bran – 30.0–35.0 and meal – the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a fodder additive providing a higher level of antioxidant protection of the animal body.
