FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feedstuff industry. Fodder additive production method involves dissolving plant phospholipids, diacetophenonylselenide, beta-carotene, vitamin E, vitamin C in vegetable oil and applying the obtained oil solution onto the carrier. Plant phospholipids, diacetophenonylselenide, beta-carotene, vitamin E, vitamin C are dissolved in vegetable oil simultaneously at temperature of 45–50 °C, and obtained oil solution is treated in rotating electromagnetic field with electromagnetic field rotation frequency of 50 s-1 and intensity of 150–200 kA/m, cooled to temperature of 20–25 °C and applied on a carrier.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce losses of beta-carotene and reduce duration of technological process.
