FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the food industry, namely to food sterilizers. Sterilizer comprises a steam chamber with top element (201) and lower member (202) which are connected to each other by bolts, an inlet door (110) adapted to open or close inlet (210) to the steam chamber, and exhaust door (120) configured to open or close the outlet from the steam chamber. Each of the elements of the steam chamber, upper element (201), and the lower member (202), comprises a body defining the interior of the steam chamber and reinforcing ribs formed on the surface of the body at a predetermined height.
EFFECT: use of a group of inventions will improve the quality of the product obtained after the sterilization process.
