FIELD: monitoring and measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical laboratory equipment, namely gas density analyzers. Laboratory gas density analyzer contains a turbulent narrowing device whose input is connected via a tee with a chamber for compression of the analyzed gas, made in the form of a spiral from a thin-walled metal tube and located in a container with a cooling liquid, and the output of a measuring chamber of a pressure sensor. Input of the measuring chamber is connected through a valve to the line of the analyzed gas. Analyzer also comprises a pneumatic tumbler connected to the outlet of the turbulent tapering device, a device for compressing the gas to be analyzed, the inlet channel of which is connected to the chamber outlet port for compression of the gas to be analyzed. In this case, the analyzer contains two additional pneumatic tumblers, a microcompressor and an analog-to-digital converter, made with the ability to connect to a computer. Device for compressing the analyzed gas is made in the form of a bellows placed in a bellows box equipped with an inlet fitting. Bellows is equipped with an additional choke connected to the first additional toggle switch. Inlet bellows socket is connected to the microcompressor via the second additional toggle switch, and the pressure sensor output is connected to the input of the analog-to-digital converter.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of measuring the gas density.
