SUBSTANCE: device for determining the basic environmental parameters when a ship is moving. Use: measuring technology to improve the safety of marine navigation by means of analysis of the state of environment. Essence: radar station (1) and in addition to it series-connected analog-to-digital converter (2) and mini-computer (4) as a computer device. Weather station (3) connected to mini-computer (4). In operation, the angular position pulses of the radar station antenna xs are fed to the synchronization input of analog-to-digital converter (2). Pulses of the reference of the course angle of the antenna xr. are fed to the external synchronization input of analog-to-digital converter (2). Video pulses of radar station (1) are fed to the analog input of analog-to-digital converter (2) for digitization. Digitized data are fed to mini-computer (4). Taking into account the data from weather station output (3) in the mini-computer after data analysis data on the characteristics of the environment when the ship is moving are automatically transmitted to the display device.

EFFECT: technical result: simplification, increase in the accuracy of measurements of the characteristics of wave and wind, humidity, temperature.
