FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: multifunctional mobile complex for provision of monitoring information to users (MMCPMIU) comprises an automated workplace (AWP) for video surveillance of objects and districts and documenting the produced data, an AWP of meteorological and sensor monitoring of status of (gas) environment and objects, an AWP of navigation and telecommunications provision (with communication), a complex of energy provision and telecommunications coupling of AWPs, a cross-country vehicle. The specified subsystems are arranged in such a manner that their usage within MMCPMIU makes it possible, in particular, to receive information of remote Earth probing (REP) and data from surface sensors, perform video surveillance in visible and near IR ranges and remote probing of atmosphere with detection of concentration of hazardous chemical substances, to detect parameters of meteorological environment, to define both its own location and location of remote objects of control, to execute communication and secure data exchange with remote centres.
EFFECT: provision of mobility and independence of functioning, possibility to collect, process and document complex monitoring information.
