FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, to one of the sections of the valve technology – to the technique for testing pipeline valves, its elements for strength, density, tightness of the closure. Test bench 1 for testing pipeline fittings 2 (valve casings) for strength, density, tightness comprises a rigidly fixed on the base of stand 1, traverse 3 with fixed plug 4 and movable traverse 5 with plug 6 that is connected to hydraulic cylinder 7 through rod 8 and piston 9. Last are installed in hydraulic cylinder 7 with the possibility of translational motion under the influence of oil with excessive pressure to create the force Pzazh. Injection of oil into hydraulic cylinder 7 is provided by the pneumatically operated pumping station 10, that, through pipeline system 11, 12 and pressure sensors 13, 14, respectively, into the water and oil, fills the cavity of test fixture 2 with a test medium under pressure Pisp. Oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder and the pressure of the test medium are recorded by device 15, that also continuously registers the information processed by the program, with the help of which the calculation technique, visuality, registration of calculated axial compression data of the tested body during the whole test cycle is realized.
EFFECT: reduction of the clamping force (clamping) of the process plugs to a minimum value sufficient to ensure reliable sealing of the cavity of the body of the test armature and visualization of all the force parameters of the test – pressure in the cavity of the power cylinder, pressure in the cavity of the test object (armature), initial values of the compressive and spacial forces, residual (resulting) axial force acting on the mating surfaces of the test object with the stub of the stand.
