FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means of determining axial loads on pipeline valves in hydraulic tests for strength, density of material and tightness of the gate. Summary: device comprises power hydraulic cylinder (2), hydraulic cylinder (4) for measurement, interconnected by hydraulic fluid supply lines (1, 6) and test medium. Power hydraulic cylinder (2) is kinematically connected to tested pipeline fittings (3). Hydraulic cylinder (4) is kinematically connected to strain gage (5). Pressure of hydraulic fluid for clamping of pipeline fittings (3) is supplied via supply line (1). At the same time, pressure of hydraulic fluid and test medium for measurement of axial loads at pipeline valves 3 is fed via lines 1, 6. At that, axial loads on pipeline fittings (3) are determined by remote measurement of forces from action of hydraulic fluid and counteraction of test medium by means of strain gage (5).

EFFECT: technical result is increased reliability of determination of axial loads on pipeline valves during tests for strength, density of material and tightness of gate.
