In this case, animals of up to 4 kg are injected with 0.5–1.0 ml, animals from 4 to 10 kg – 1.0–1.5 ml, animals from 10 to 20 kg – 1.5–2.5 ml, animals from above 20 kg – 2.5–4.0 ml, the introduction of autoplasma is performed 4-5 times with an interval of 1 time in 7 days.

EFFECT: method allows to perform neuroreparation in lumbosacral syndrome.
