SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer facilities. Device is offered forming 2^k-2 p-ary D-code matrices of size N×N, where N=p^k, p is a prime number, k≥2 is an integer, while the input to the device are the parameters x, y, where x, y = 0, 1, …, p^k-1, and parameters l_i, where i=1, 2, …, k-1, with l_i may be 1, 2, …, i and l_k-1≠l_k-2≠…≠l₂, and the output of the device is provided by the element d_x+1,y+1 D-code matrices for row number x+1 and column number y+1 matrices.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide the possibility of forming a set of D-code ensembles of order k.
