SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture by the method of molding vulcanized polymer blanks and the subsequent manufacture of solid products of complex shape with a hybrid composite matrix, which can be used in various fields of technology. Method of manufacturing products of complex shape based on a hybrid composite matrix based on discrete solid materials includes the use of reinforcing filler or fillers, as well as vulcanizable elastomeric polymer, vulcanizing agent and includes the following manufacturing steps: first, a homogeneous mixing of the initial ingredients of the hybrid composite matrix with elastomeric polymer as binder based on carbon and / or silicon-containing polymer is carried out. At the same time, the prepared primary elastomer mixture, which is vulcanized into an elastic preform, has, after vulcanization, elongation at break of at least 30 % and strength of at least 0.3 MPa. Ratio between the filler / fillers and the vulcanizing agent – discrete materials forming the basis of the hybrid composite matrix, and a binder elastomeric polymer is 30–1,200 wt. shares to 100 wt. fractions of an elastomeric binder polymer. Make the workpiece from the original elastomeric mixture to form the workpiece blank; vulcanize the workpiece according to the mold or shapeless technology at 390–480 K and a duration of 5–50 minutes. Elastic vulcanized billet is subjected to curing by heat treatment in the temperature range 470–700 K for 1–100 h to achieve the desired density of the hybrid matrix with a porosity of not more than 2 % and hardness within 30–98 units Shore "D".

EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture products of complex shape on the basis of a hybrid composite matrix of various nomenclature accessories with the necessary operational, including strength characteristics in a particular application, which do not require mechanical processing for shaping.
