SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a shoe with an internal side and an external side that comprises a sole comprising a first side facing the ground, and a second side facing the opposite side; an intermediate sole disposed onto the sole; said intermediate sole has a length and a minimum width in the central portion of the intermediate sole between the toe and the heel; an upper joined to the intermediate sole; and a reinforcing insert that is joined to the intermediate sole; said reinforcing insert comprises: a central longitudinal portion extending between the heel and toe of the user's foot that mates with the plantar surface of the user's foot; an internal side wing, inclined upwards and located on the inside of the shoe, wherein said internal side wing has a profile that mates and joins to the medial longitudinal arch of the sole of the foot, wherein the ratio of the length and the minimum width of the intermediate sole is greater than 8.3 and the minimum width of the intermediate sole is less than 3 cm for shoe size 37, and said reinforcing insert comprises an external side wing having a profile that is mated and joined to a lateral longitudinal arch of the sole of the foot, wherein said internal side wing and said external wing of the reinforcing insert provide a rigid support of the arch for the user of the shoe.
