FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolator contains base, pole, resilient elements of spring type, as well as support-regulating and thrust units. On the base the rod with thread end is rigidly secured, pole is installed on it. Pole secures on end of the resilient element by means of beveled support elements and cover. Beveled support elements are made resilient with stiffness exceeding stiffness of resilient element. Support-adjusting node is made in the form of a rigid spherical segment of the articulated support, installed in a calibrated cylindrical hole made on the free end of the elastic element. Spherical element in top part is rigidly connected with thread rod to secure to it support assemblies of vibration isolated object. At bottom end spherical element is connected with rod with thread end, on which stop is secured. Gap between rod and cylinder-taper hole hinged support is performed at rotary oscillations of object with an angle relative to rod axis in the range from 10 to 30 degrees. Material of knitted elastic synthetic yarn is used as vibrodamping material stitching.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency in resonance mode.
