FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the woodworking industry, in particular to the manufacture of flooring panels. Semi-format containing panel semi-finished products is divided into several parts. Register the type and/or position of the identification mark of the semi-format parts. Parts of the semi-format and the processing tool are oriented relative to each other depending on the registered type and / or position of the identification mark. By means of the processing device on the sides of the semi-format parts, a fixing profile is formed from the semi-format parts. Mold for pressing the carrier plate with the working layer has mainly raised ribbed structures arranged in parallel to form by the method of stamping mainly parallel grooves in the semi-format. Between the ribbed structures, the mold has an elevated structure for partial stamping of the identification mark and/or identification symbol on the half-format between the two grooves.
