FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dust-collecting technique and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for the cleaning of dusty gases. Acoustic dust-collecting apparatus comprises a cyclone and a filter interconnected by the duct so that the output of the cyclone is connected to the input of the filter. Cyclone includes a body consisting of a cylindrical and conical parts, an inlet and an outlet branch pipe, an exhaust pipe. Filter contains a body with a cover, a filter section, a hopper, an input and output nozzles, a regeneration system and a regeneration control unit. Cyclone comprises, in its top part, a peripheral gas flow input and an axial output of the purified gas connected to the acoustic column, which in its bottom part is connected to the axial output branch pipe of the purified gas and contains a conical baffle, installed by its large base in the bottom base of the column. Cavity formed by the surfaces of the baffle plate and column is connected by a bypass tap with a peripheral gas flow input. In the upper part of the acoustic column there is an outlet branch of purified gas and an oscillation generator connected to the control unit. On the cylindrical part of the body is fixed a ring rigidly connected by means of brackets to the base or pedestal, and the remaining cylindrical part of the body with the conical part is attached to the ring by means of an additional ring and an elastic element. Vibrator with the control unit is placed on a ring rigidly connected to the conical part of the cyclone and to the base through the elastic element. Thin filter is made in the form of a bag filter with a regeneration system containing a single body with a roof in which a filter unit with filter elements of a sleeve type is placed, a box for the intake of polluted air into the installation and a box for the outtake of clean air from the unit, a collection hopper with a continuous discharge device containing a hopper, gateway, screw unloading mechanism, a system for regenerating filter elements, made in the form of a shaking frame with a vibrator, and a temperature sensor is installed in the filter unit body, in the dust collecting hopper – an emergency dust level sensor, in the output box – a thermal automatic sensor-detector. In the outlet box there is a collector with injectors for connection to the fire extinguishing system. Nozzle of the fire and explosion safety system is made with a spray disk, contains a cylindrical body with a fitting rigidly connected to the body and coaxially disposed in the upper part of the body and having a cylindrical fluid inlet connected to a diffuser that is axisymmetric to the body and the fitting. In the lower part of the cylindrical hole, a hollow conical swirl is fixed, the conical shell of which is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end to the conical shell of the swirler conical shell in its upper part, and the other end in an annular groove formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical hole. On the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler an open screw thread is made, and to the body, in its lower part, by means of at least three spokes is connected a sprayer located perpendicular to the axis of the body and made in the form of a solid disk. Sprayer disk is formed by two surfaces, one of which is facing the diffuser, a curved surface with the line forming this surface is a curve of the n-th order line, and the second is a plane. Sprayer disc can be formed by two congruent and equidistant n-order surfaces, and the spokes, by means of which the disk of the sprayer is attached to the body, are straight or curved in shape.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency of dust collection.
