SUBSTANCE: mechanism (10) for replacing the mesh for the granulator comprises: hopper (2), a rotating cylinder mounted in the hopper and a mesh configured to interact with the rotating cylinder, guide (101) located on the inside of the hopper, and sliding assembly (102) that is slidable and out of the hopper under the control of the guide device, while moving the mesh horizontally through opening (11) in the side of the hopper. Slide assembly includes: base (1020) and two end brackets (1021), one end of each of the end brackets being respectively hinged to one end of the base, and the free end of each of the end brackets is provided with shaft (1024a, 1024b) for the mesh to hold the corresponding end of the mesh. Guide device is configured such that the slide assembly can slide to a predetermined position within the hopper, and in this position the end brackets are arranged such that the mesh lying between the mesh shafts is tensioned and cooperates with the rotating cylinder. Granulator having the above-described grid replacement mechanism and a method for replacing a mesh using a mesh replacement mechanism are also described.
