SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to production of hematogen. Hematogen contains black albumin, carrier, components for molding, flavor and flavor correctors taken in a certain ratio, while the black albumin is in such a native form that its infrared absorption spectrum has a peak at 1,655±2 cm^-1, area of which is from 35 to 80 % of the sum of the areas of all peaks in the spectral range from 1,600 to 1,700 cm^-1, and a peak at 1,628±2 cm^-1 with an area of 5 to 40 % of this amount of space.

EFFECT: above described hematogen composition allows to increase the bioavailability of iron and expand the nomenclature of the forms of products.
