FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger contains a cylindrical casing, in the inner cavity of which there are concentrically interconnected sleeves, on the outer surface of which annular channels are made connected to the inlet and outlet manifolds of one of the coolants located in one of the covers installed on an end of the casing, by means of two diametrically arranged longitudinal channels, with the bushings of one coolant and the bushings of the other coolant alternate with each other.
EFFECT: invention can be used to create heat exchangers.
