Heat exchanger includes a body, in which cylindrical channels of one of the heat carriers are made, located on the vertices and sides of regular hexagons, each channel of another heat carriers is formed by three surfaces, equidistant inner surfaces of adjacent cylindrical channels, inner bottoms fixed on the ends of the body and on the outer surfaces of which collectors are installed, outer bottoms fixed on the ends of the inner bottoms, and the cavities of one of the heat carriers formed by the outer and inner bottoms are connected to the cylindrical channels with the help of tubes.
