SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plant and equipment for thermomechanical destruction and disinfection of raw materials, for example, feed grain, minced meat, in a continuous mode. Super high frequency device comprises a vertically disposed cylindrical shield body, concentrically coaxially installed in body sieve cylinder and disk which rotates with help of electric motor. On the disk on one side at periphery hammers are hinged suspended, and on the other side mobile hemispheres are rigidly fixed at periphery. And on the lateral surface of shielding body, lower part of which is perforated, a grinding mechanism is installed, docked to a sieve cylinder, super high frequency generators with emitters aimed in secured underneath the stationary hemisphere. Stationary hemispheres are mounted in a sieve cylinder with the possibility of forming standing waves of microwave at docking with a mobile hemisphere. Disk, sieve cylinder coated with abrasive material, and hemispheres are made of non-ferromagnetic material.

EFFECT: device allows simultaneous heat and crush raw material.
