FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: microwave installation with a resonator formed between the two spheres for thermo-destruction of raw materials contains concentrically coaxially arranged spheres of non-ferromagnetic material. Microwave generators are mounted on the outer sphere on the apices of a conditional equilateral triangle, so that the radiators are directed into the space between the spheres, the average perimeter of which is equal to a multiple of half the wavelength. The internal rotating sphere is mounted on the shaft of the electric motor and is made with the rough surface coated with abrasive material. The diameter of the inner sphere is slightly larger than the sphere inscribed in the conventional equilateral triangle. A screw-type supercharger-chopper with a loading branch pipe and an unloading branch pipe with an electrically driven impact element are docked to the outer sphere. The upper and the lower parts of the outer sphere are perforated. In the resonator chamber, the partially ground raw material is uniformly heated in the electromagnetic field of ultrahigh frequency and is additionally crushed due to the multiple impact on the rough surface of the inner sphere. The evaporated moisture is removed through the fine-mesh perforation in the upper part of the outer sphere. The diameter of the perforation openings of the outer sphere bottom is consistent with the particle size of the finished product. The impact element provides separating the product particles through the sphere perforation openings.
