FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, in particular to high-speed flat wagons for transportation of freight containers. Carrier frame of high-speed wagon is made of longitudinal backbone that unites two end parts. Spinal beam consists of two Z-shaped profiles longitudinally welded to each other, reinforced in the central part from above by a horizontal sheet, and from sides – by vertical walls connected with each other and spinal beam. Inside the ridge beam, transverse partitions are located at the same distance from each other, and at the ends of the ridge beam stops of automatic coupling equipment is arranged transmitting to the frame traction and braking forces. Each end part of the frame is formed by shortened side beams from square tubes, arranged parallel to the ridge beam and connected to it by means of a frontal beam, intermediate pivot beams and two horizontal braces, diagonally located at an acute angle to the spinal beam. On the shortened side beams opposite to fittings stops, there are locking pivots additionally installed in vertical plane for fastening the container, and there are hinged locking devices in form of pivoting brackets arranged on the spinal beam on the end parts of the frame. Removable side closures of subframe equipment are installed on both sides of the spinal beam central part.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to improve safety of transportation by providing additional safety fixation of container to the frame of a high-speed wagon platform and its equipment with folding locking devices.
