SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. High-speed flat car for large-capacity containers comprises bearing frame (1) including side beams (2) consisting of upper horizontal belt (3) with fitting stops (4), lower horizontal belt (5) with a jack plate and a vertical diaphragm with height variable along the length of the car, pivot (8), end (9) and central beams (10) located in cantilever parts, connected by braces (11) with side (2) and intermediate (12) beams. Frame (1) rests on three-axle bogies (14) through the constant contact support assemblies. In the lower horizontal belt of the side beams in the area of the pivot assemblies, a local widening is provided, connected by means of reinforcing ribs (17) to the diaphragm of the side beams, on which from below is fixed unit of support of constant contact with spring set with bilinear characteristic. Value of preliminary compression of the set of springs is greater than or equal to the value of the working stroke of the support assembly when the car enters the curved sections of the railway track.

EFFECT: invention increases permissible operating speeds of platform cars, provides effective use of carrying capacity and possibility of transportation of a wide range of container-type cargoes.
