FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fire safety of buildings – the fire resistance of their structures. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the test of a multi-hollow prestressed multi-hollow reinforced concrete slab is carried out without destruction, according to a set of single quality indicators. To do this, determine the geometric dimensions of the hollow-core reinforced concrete slab, the scheme for heating the design section in the fire conditions, placing the reinforced reinforcement in the slab section, the depth and the degree of fire protection of high-strength wire, the index of thermal diffusion of concrete, the value of the test load on the reinforced concrete slab and the intensity of stress in the rods of the working reinforcement. Fire resistance limit of a prestressed hollow-core reinforced concrete slab is determined by the loss of bearing capacity, using equation (1); on the basis of loss of heat-insulating ability – according to power function (2).
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of determining the actual fire resistance of a pre-stressed hollow-core reinforced concrete slab without full-scale fire impact, increasing the reliability of statistical quality control and non-destructive testing.
