FIELD: fire safety. SUBSTANCE: the flexible reinforced-concrete building constructions are subjected to a non-destructive test according to a complex of single quality indices estimating their value with the aid of statistical quality control. To this end, determined are the geometric dimensions of the reinforced- concrete construction, heating system of dangerous sections in the conditions of fire; arrangement of reinforcement in sections, depth of foundation and the degree of its fire protection; density, moisture content and thermal conductivity of concrete; value of proof loads on the reinforced-concrete construction and the degree of stress of the principal reinforcement. The fire-resistance limit of the reinforced concrete constructions is determined by a nomogram. The description of fire resistance of the reinforced-concrete constructions to the thermal effect of a standard fire is presented by a mathematical dependence, which takes into account the degree of fire protection of the reinforcement, degree of its stress and thermal conductivity of concrete, as well as the specific features of reinforcing of the reinforced - concrete construction and the physical wear of it. EFFECT: possibility to determine the fire resistance of reinforced-concrete constructions without actual thermal effect, enhanced truth of statistical quality control and non-destructive tests, reduced economic expenditures. 23 cl, 19 dwg
