FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used in the circuits of internal heating of batteries in winter. Known device for automatic heating of a battery, comprising a switching unit, a switching control unit, an inductive energy storage powered from a battery, equipped with a current relay associated with the negative terminal of the battery and connected with its output to the control input of the switching control unit, made in the form of a pulse-width (PWD) controller, with two outputs, each of which, through two pairs of matching elements, is connected to two corresponding inputs of a switching unit containing two pairs of closing keys, one of which is installed in the direct connection circuit of the inductive energy storage device to the positive terminal of the battery, and another pair of locking keys is installed in the inverse circuit of the inductive energy storage device to the positive terminal of the battery, wherein the control inputs of the closing keys are connected to the corresponding outputs of the matching elements, and each pair of the above-mentioned direct and inverse circuits of the inductive energy storage is connected in parallel and connected via the aforementioned current relay to the negative terminal of the battery.
EFFECT: technical result of the present invention is to simplify the scheme of the device for automatic heating of the battery in the winter and increase the reliability of operation.
