SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for capping bottles or vials and can be used in food, medical or other industries where automatic packaging of containers is performed. Purpose of the invention is to increase productivity and reliability in the process of capping bottles by improving the process of feeding plugs with a collar with pressing them into the bottle. This goal is achieved by the proposed device for feeding plugs with a collar with a pressing them into the bottle. Device contains a hopper, a tray connected to it, an element for maintaining and orienting the plugs, a fixed stop for fixing the plugs and a rod for pressing them. Tray is made with grooves and with a fixed stop on the end, connected to the plug of the last plug. Element for maintaining and orienting the plugs is in the form of a disk with grooves, protrusions and slots for the plugs, above which is installed a lever for moving the plugs, performing oscillatory motion and a drum with rods. Disc and the drum with the rods are mounted on one axis, on which the sprocket for bottles is mounted. Moreover, the disk, drum and sprocket are installed with the possibility of continuous rotation. Additionally, a bottle sensor is installed, which interacts with the sensor, the control cutters of the last and the penultimate plug.

EFFECT: use of the proposed device increases productivity and reliability in the process of capping bottles by improving the process of feeding plugs with a collar with pressing them into the bottle.
