LINE FOR SUPPLY, ORIENTATION AND CLOSURE OF CAPS WITH A DISPENSER FOR BOTTLE PACKS Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC B65G47/14 B67B3/20 B65B7/28

Abstract RU 2767818 C1

FIELD: cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a line for orientation and delivery (transportation) of such caps consistently and properly aligned and oriented for capping operations and can be used in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The line for supplying, orienting and capping caps with dispensers for bottles contains a hopper with a conveyor and agitator located in it, an inclined conveyor hopper located behind it, an inclined conveyor, a device for orienting caps with dispensers located behind it, made in the form of a shell with a bottom and a lid, while in the latter there is an inlet for lids with dispensers and an opening for unloading lids with dispensers from the orientation device, inside of which there are radially oriented cells for lids with dispensers; located behind the device for orienting covers with dispensers, made in the form of guides for the selection and rotation of covers with dispensers; guides horizontally located behind the lid selection and turning unit, an air duct with holes located above the horizontal guides, a capping unit. In the capping unit there are sensors for defects of caps with dispensers and a device for capturing caps with dispensers, made with the possibility of reciprocating movement to horizontally located guides, under which there is a device for fixing bottle containers and a device for orienting and guiding tubes of caps with dispensers into the neck of the container. The bottle tare rejection unit contains a bottle tare accumulator, bottle tare cutters, a bottle tare pusher and bottle tare detection sensors and a lid screwing unit with dispensers.

In the device for orienting lids with dispensers, there is a surface of rotation adjacent to the edges of the cells, the first and second partitions and two holes in the shell, while the first partition is located parallel to the vertical axis of the orientation device with an offset relative to it in the opposite direction from the inlet, and the second partition is located in the opening for unloading covers with dispensers perpendicular to the vertical axis of the drum. Each cell is formed by an inner wall formed by planes located at different angles of inclination to the vertical, side walls formed by the cell ribs, and an outer wall formed by the shell of the device for orienting caps with dispensers.

EFFECT: increasing the productivity of the process of feeding, orientation and capping of caps with a dispenser for bottles.
