FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolation system contains the upper and lower pneumatic air tubes connected by pipeline. Upper air spring is fixed on additional weight and is intended for installation of a vibration-proof object on it. Lower air spring is fixed on a movable base opposite the elastic element connecting the additional mass and the movable base. Lower air spring on the side opposite to its connection to the pipeline is connected to the guide device, which is movably connected to the additional mass. Movable base is mounted on elastic elements rigidly connected to the platform. Elastic elements are made in the form of a combined spring. Upper and lower vibration-damping plates are attached to the spring support rings. Torsion damper in the form of a rod made of polyurethane is coaxially fixed between the support rings.
EFFECT: increase in the effectiveness of vibration isolation is achieved due to the additional dissipation of vibrational energy.
