SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve actuators. Novelty of the invention is that the yoke comprises a first internal channel connecting a second pressure chamber with the atmosphere, and a second internal channel connecting a first pressure chamber with a controller by means of a tube passing through an aperture in a diaphragm plate. Said tube also prevents rotation of the diaphragm plate.
EFFECT: high accuracy of the actuator.
