SUBSTANCE: membrane actuator (400) comprises: a top spring seat (416) attached to actuator membrane (402), wherein the upper spring seat is configured to contact with spring (418) and connection to rod (436), and the membrane is configured to displace the stem by a force applied to the membrane, wherein the rod is configured to control the hydraulic valve; and adjusting member (412) configured to adjust the force applied by the spring to the upper spring seat and comprising a lower spring seat (414), wherein lower spring seat is configured to contact spring with spring end opposite said spring top seat; wherein the upper spring seat has edge (458) for limiting the upper spring seat movement range by contacting with the actuator casing or the spring lower seat, wherein lower spring seat has first and second annular taps with different diameters, defining first stepped profile (445), and adjustment member has bearing surfaces (442, 444) with different diameters, which define second stepped profile, which comes in contact with first stepped profile lower spring seat.

EFFECT: disclosed is a membrane actuator with adjustable actuation force.
