FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to the designs of high-rpm asynchronous engines. Rotor of the high-speed induction motor is made massive, with grooves on the outer surface of the massive rotor, in which short-circuited winding in the form of rods is laid, which are galvanically connected at the ends of the rotor by rotating short-circuiting copper disks. In the central part of the rotor, a boring is made, in which a cylindrical hollow copper bushing is placed. Bore diameter DBORE, as well as the outer diameter of the copper sleeve DOUT and its inner diameter DINN are chosen from the following conditions: DBORE≤D0, where D0 – part of the magnetic circuit of the rotor outside of the magnetic flux, DOUT=DBORE, DINN<DBORE. Maximum thickness of the copper sleeve in the bore is chosen from the condition t=0.5⋅(DOUT – DINN). From both ends of the rotor, the copper sleeve is galvanically connected to rotating short-circuiting disks and with rods in the grooves of the rotor.
EFFECT: increase in current and MMF, induced by a flux of mutual induction.
