FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials, in particular to technological lines for the manufacture of building concrete products by the method of vibropressing from semi-dry (hard) concrete with different aggregates. Automated line for the production of building concrete products includes sequentially installed and technologically related mechanisms, however, these mechanisms include vibropress, chain conveyor, roller conveyor, accumulator piler, discharge piler, cam chain conveyor, intermediate hydraulic conveyor, conveyor for cleaning and lubrication of pallets, tilter of pallets, intermediate belt conveyor, feeding conveyor with a magazine of pallets, hydraulic gripper, rotary table, closing conveyor. In this case, the automated line is equipped with a controller with the possibility of remote programming and software that monitors the operation of the line online. Moreover, the area of molding vibropress has a size of 1,200×480 mm and allows without placing the product from the technological pallet on the transport pallet.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the productivity of the process and the quality of the products obtained while reducing the energy intensity of the process.
