FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: granular non-chlorine nitrogen-potassium-magnesium fertilizer complex contains a mixture of urea with ammonium nitrate and potassium sulfate, and the granules contain these components in the composition of the homogeneous composition with magnesium hydroxide sulfate of the formula nMg(OH)2⋅MgSO4⋅mH2O, where n=1, 2, 3 and m=0–8, nitrogen content is 6÷23 wt.%, potassium (expressed as K2O) – 8÷14 wt.%, magnesium (expressed as MgO) – 8÷20 wt.%, and the mass ratio of N:K2O:MgO is 1:(0.5÷1.8):(0.4÷3). Method of obtaining a granular complex chlorine-nitrogen-potassium-magnesium fertilizer complex includes obtaining a solution of urea, ammonium nitrate and potassium hydrosulfate, addition of caustic magnesite, the components are taken in quantities that provide the fertilizer mass ratio of N:K2O:MgO=1:(0.5÷1.8):(0.4÷3), mixing the resulting suspension until a homogeneous creamy mass is formed, heating to 90–120 °C, exposing to thickening, cooling and granulation.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a granular complex nitrogen-potassium-magnesium fertilizer with an adjustable rate of dissolution of the granules.
