FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: granulated complex nitrogen-magnesium fertiliser comprises a mixture of water-soluble ingredients of nitrogen in the form of urea, magnesium, expressed as magnesium oxide (MgO), and sulphur in the form of granules, at that the ingredients comprise, wt %: nitrogen - 26-38 and magnesium - 7-17 in the ratio N:MgO = 1:(0.2-0.6) wt., and sulphur - 1-3 as a trace element, as part of a homogeneous composition of urea with magnesium hydroxide sulphate of the formula: nMg(OH)2·MgSO4·mH2O, where n=2, 3 and 5, m = 6-8, determining the dissolution rate of fertiliser in the soil. The method of production of the granulated complex nitrogen-magnesium fertiliser comprises mixing urea and magnesium oxide, heating the mixture, cooling and granulation of the crystallising fertiliser, at that the urea is added into the aqueous solution of magnesium sulphate at a concentration of 16-20%, then the mixture is stirred, warmed to complete dissolution of urea, in the resulting solution magnesium oxide is added in the ratio N:MgO = 1:(0.2-0.6) wt., the resulting suspension is stirred to the homogeneous creamy mass which is poured onto a flat surface having a thickness of 1-4 mm and cooled, then, depending on moisture content and curing rate of the magnesium hydroxide sulphate, the mixture is granulated by various methods.

EFFECT: inventions enable to increase the efficiency of use of land and productivity of various crops.
