METHOD OF ELECTRIC SPARK INITIATION OF PYROTECHNICAL CHARGES OF WEAPONS AND WEAPONS DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE METHOD (VARIANTS) Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC F42B3/14 F41B15/04

Abstract RU 2672644 C2

FIELD: firearms.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of electrospark initiation of projectile pyrotechnic charges (pyrocharges) of multi-barreled firearms. Field of application is a cheap weapon of self-defense, one-time weapons, portable shooting devices. Method of electrospark initiation of pyrotechnic charges consists in combining the electrodes of the discharge gaps sensitive to the electric spark discharge of pyrocharges into a parallel circuit and the supply of consecutive short high-voltage pulses to this circuit. Weapon for realization of the method consists of a block of trunks and a frame with a trigger element and the possibility of attaching a handle. Piezoelectric generator, built into the frame and driven by the trigger element of the weapon, performs sequential initiation of projectile pyrocharges of the block of trunks. Weapon-transformer for the realization of the method consists of two blocks of trunks with frames with trigger elements. Blocks of trunks with frames are connected by an axis with the possibility of their rotation relative to each other by an angle providing the formation of a pistol-like structure. Piezoelectric generators, built into the frames and driven by the trigger elements of the weapon, carry out sequential initiation of projectile pyrocharges of blocks of trunks.

EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of sequential initiation of pyrocharges without switching devices in various types of replicative weapons.
