Weapon cleaning and lubrication device comprises hollow thin-walled tubular body, pulling cord, gun barrel bore cleaning and lubrication element, connected to the pulling cord one end and located inside the body with possibility of axial movement along the body and bringing outward from the body one end due to the created on the pulling cord pulling force. Weapon cleaning and lubrication method is in that the pulling cord end is fed into the weapon barrel bore breech section, brought out through the barrel bore muzzle part, then the pulling cord loop end is fixed to the support, then the cleaning and lubrication element is brought out from the device body, extended along the weapon barrel bore, performing the weapon barrel bore cleaning and lubrication, then brought out outwards through the weapon barrel bore muzzle section.

EFFECT: enabling creation of light-weight and compact device ensuring the weapon prompt cleaning and lubrication without preliminary assembly and without additional use of the cleaning and lubrication substances and compositions, and also enabling increase in the weapon cleaning and lubrication convenience.
