FIELD: package and storage.

SUBSTANCE: device for storing and distributing items contains a frame, a rack for items with inclined shelves having slots and stoppers, a manipulator associated with the mechanisms of vertical and horizontal movement with drives, located on the carriage of the manipulator, extendable rectilinear pick-up elements for single piece retrieval from the shelf of objects, receiver of the object, distribution niche and control unit. Receiver of the object is placed on the carriage of the manipulator and is made in the form of an elongated element of a concave shape in the form of a part of a cylindrical surface, the focus of which is directed towards the pickup elements. Pick-up elements are combined into independently pulled out sections, fixed on individual running elements of reversing rectilinear displacement drives. Head tip pick-up elements are made with the possibility of entry and advance along the slots in the shelves in the process of vertical movement of the manipulator carriage, and the ends of these sections are interconnected, placed on the side of the receiver of the object and are associated with providing rolling out of the object on the pick-up elements in the said receiver. Carriage of the manipulator is made with the possibility of tilting in a vertical plane to unload the item from the receiver into the distribution niche.

EFFECT: simplifying the design of the manipulator and increasing reliability while ensuring the possibility of placing and distributing items, their size in the direction perpendicular to the direction of their spontaneous movement along the shelves can vary over a wide range (by times).
