SUBSTANCE: device for treating carriers is provided, including a base on which rectangular-shaped carriers are stacked vertically; and a liquid spray mechanism including a plurality of liquid spray nozzles that extend in the vertical direction and spray the liquid onto the carriers stacked on top of the base. Above nozzles of the plurality of the liquid spray nozzles are respectively mounted in such positions that they face at least three side edges of the stacked carriers, and each of the plurality of the liquid spray nozzles is arranged so as to spray the liquid at a certain spray angle with respect to a corresponding lateral edge facing thereto.
EFFECT: device for processing carriers is proposed.
