FIELD: package and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to collapsible freight containers intended for the transport of packaged piece goods, including for the transportation of office and household movable furnishings in an urbanized (urban) environment. In the method, the problem is solved using the proposed design folding cargo container containing two end walls, floor, roof and two longitudinal side walls connected to the floor and roof longitudinal hinged joints, each side wall consists of two longitudinal parts hinged together with the possibility of folding on top of each other around the axis of the hinged connection of the longitudinal parts of the side wall, each end wall is connected to the floor by a hinge with the possibility of rotation around its axis, with one of the end walls made with sectional doors, with the roof, side walls and end walls made in the form of rod flat supporting frames with hollow spaces, and the floor is made in the form of rod flat supporting frames with two or more hollow spaces, in one of the hollow floor spaces there is one or more side lockable gas spring, the cylinder of which is pivotally connected to one of the rods of the flat supporting frame of the floor, and its stem is pivotally connected through a system of levers and the wings, to one of the rods of the flat supporting frame of the side wall, and in another of the hollow spaces of the floor there is one or more end lockable gas spring, the cylinder of which is pivotally connected to one of the rods of the flat supporting frame of the floor, and its stem is pivotally connected through a system of levers and the wings, to one of the rods of the supporting frame of the end wall, at the same time, at least one hole for a hand lever, which engages with each of the systems of levers and wings, is located in the rod flat supporting frames of the floor along the perimeter.
EFFECT: object of the present invention is to provide a foldable freight container that would fold / unfold without using external lifting mechanisms and ensure the safety of the operating personnel.
