SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fitting for a sealed one-piece pipe connection comprising main part (4) for accommodating at least one connecting pipe (14, 16) and at least one press sleeve (6, 8). Main part (4) of the fitting and press sleeve (6, 8) have corresponding pressing surfaces (18, 20), while main part (4) of the fitting has pressing surface (22), which, in the fully assembled state, faces pipe (14, 16) to be connected and corresponds to the edge section of main part (4) of the fitting. Corresponding pressing surfaces (18, 20) of main part (4) of the fitting and press sleeve (6, 8) are designed in such a way that axial pulling of press sleeve (6, 8) onto main part (4) of the fitting causes a radial the narrowing of the edge portion of main part (4) of the fitting. At least one of pressing surfaces (18, 20, 22) is provided with coating (26), while coating (26) is made of a material softer than the material of press bushing (6, 8) and/or main part (4) of the fitting.
EFFECT: invention improves the reliability of the hermetic connection of pipes.
