SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of transport engineering. Vehicle liftgate comprises an inner panel with a first aperture and a hem flange, a reinforcing plate with a second aperture and a tab that extends to said hem flange, and a ball stud with a tip. Reinforcing plate engages said inner panel so that said second aperture is aligned with said first aperture. Reinforcing plate includes a first strengthening rib between the second aperture and tab. Ball stud with a tip is mounted on the inner panel in the first and second apertures. Reinforcing plate serves to reinforce the inner panel of said vehicle liftgate and comprises a main part including an opening for receiving a mounting stem of the ball stud with a tip.
EFFECT: higher rigidity of the vehicle door.
