METHOD OF QUARTERLY TRANSFORMER BUILDING WITH SPATIALLY CONNECTED PANEL, FRAME AND PANEL-FRAME BUILDINGS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC E04H1/00

Abstract RU 2673478 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of civil engineering, namely quarterly urban development. Method of quarterly transformer building with spatially connected panel, frame and panel-frame buildings is that they plan and mark the construction site. Then, after the foundation is made, the construction of these buildings is started in the form of a closed O-shaped structure consisting of ordinary structure-forming block sections and corner block sections, the number and location of which are selected in accordance with the project, taking into account the town-planning requirements for a particular quarter. At the same time, these block sections are united in a single structure by means of their connection. Spatial quarterly building is supplemented by internal building, the configuration of which is carried out by the fact that T-shaped sections are installed between the structure-forming block sections of the O-shaped structure and connect them together. T-shaped sections are mirrored in insolation in the latitudinal (northern) and southern (meridional) versions with a symmetrical arrangement of the protruding T-shaped element. Both ends of the row and corner block sections and the three ends of each T-shaped block section are provided with identical docking assemblies. Providing the possibility of creating a continuous quarterly and intra-quarter development is achieved by the fact that the ordinary, corner and T-shaped block sections perform the same length L. In this case, the structure is provided with two additional turning angles by an angle 135° block sections with latitudinal and meridional orientation, made with a bevel with an offset equal to half the width of the corner block section. Device for connecting the sections to each other are made in the form of three vertical zones: two outer zones and two intermediate zones with welded and/or prefabricated-monolithic docking units that are located along the axes of the outer and inner longitudinal walls within the two sections. Width of the connecting means of the block sections and their length L are the town planning module of the said quarter construction. Welded joints are made in the form of corners welded to the insert plates located in the conjugated block sections. These docking assemblies are in the form of loop connections in which the embedded steel hinges of each block section are located in a recess of conjugated block sections filled with a concrete solution. These docking assemblies are made in the form of steel staples connecting the metal embedded plates of the conjugated block sections in cavities therein which are poured with a concrete solution.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the capacity of residential quarter construction.
