FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas purification from polluting particles and can be used in metallurgical, cement, chemical and other industries. Filtering device comprises a housing with a hopper, gas inlet ports for contaminated gas and a clean gas outlet, filter elements mounted on the scaffolds, a support device with holes for the installation of filter elements, dividing the body into cleaned and polluted gas chambers, system of regeneration by compressed air of filter elements with a receiver and solenoid valves, purging pipes, service hatches of the chambers of contaminated and purified gas. On the purging pipes by means of fastening devices, the frames of the filter elements are installed. Device for securing the filter elements on the purging pipes in the body of the device is made in the form of two identical curved in the upper part along the arc and deployed relative to each other by 180° coaxially located fastening elements, attached to the upper part of the frame of the filter elements at a distance between each other, made not less than the diameter of the purge tubes. Fastening elements are mounted on the blowing tubes with the possibility of co-rotating the frameworks with attachment devices attached to their upper part around the vertical axis of the filter elements and reciprocating along the vertical axis of the filter elements to install or dismantle the frames of the filter elements on the purging tubes of the device.

EFFECT: simplified mounting and demounting of filter elements, increased reliability of fastening of filter elements at simultaneous simplification of a fastening structure, provided possibility of servicing the filtering device in cramped conditions through service hatches, reduced labor intensity of the maintenance of the filtering unit for gas purification.
