SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for servicing electrolytic cells for the production of aluminum. Machine for transporting and loading bulk materials contains a bunker for bulk materials mounted on a self-propelled chassis with a cabin, equipped with a discharge screw with a loading mouth at its end for the top loading of bulk raw materials into the electrolytic cell and a discharge tray for the bottom upfilling of electrolytic cell. Unloading screw is installed in the longitudinal cut-out of the angle of the bunker and is located in the transport position along the bunker with a loading mouth backward with the possibility of being brought into the working position by turning relative to the vertical axis in the direction of the cabin, forward and to the right at an angle greater than 90°, and by lifting relative to the horizontal axis. Loading mouth is fixed on the unloading screw on the axes with the possibility of swinging in the horizontal plane. Filter cloth is installed between the loading mouth and the discharge screw.
