FIELD: metallurgy; applicable in dispensing of loose materials, for instance, alumina onto body of electrolyte of aluminum electrolyzer. SUBSTANCE: machine has a mixing bin with inclined aerobottom and loading hatch, chute, turning hole and supporting device. Installed between chute and turning hose is a gate in the form of vertical material duct, and installed at end of turning hose is gate in the form of inclined material duct. Chute, turning hose and bin have filters. Loading hatch is made in the form of funnel and has gate with counterweight. Turning hose is installed in front part of car for turning in horizontal plane and provided with drive for hose turning. Gate on inclined end of turning hose is made in the form of pocket closed with porous partition under which branch pipe for supply of compressed air is installed. In the other version, gate on inclined end of turning hose is made in the form of door with manual drive. Supporting device is made in the form of two posts with locking conical ends, and the third post is in the form of vertical separable part of air ducts communicating the fan with system of machine air ducts.
