FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of compressor engineering and can be used in the design of a diaphragm assembly of a multistage centrifugal compressor. Diaphragm is made with a horizontal connector, consists of an upper and lower part, contains a disk with a central hole, a diffuser and a return guide, the blades of which are made on one surface of the disk, and the cooling channels on the other, opposite surface of the disk. Cooling channels are made in the form of deaf grooves of arcuate shape, enveloping the central opening of the disk, are arranged one behind the other in the radial direction and are successively interconnected by their end sections. In each part of the diaphragm there are input and output channels for supplying and discharging the cooler. Channel cavities open on the side of the disk surface on which the channels are made are closed by means of a closing element connected to the disk.
EFFECT: simplification of the design of the diaphragm, as well as improvement of the reliability of the device.
