FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to the protection of plants from harmful organisms. Way to protect grapes from leafy form of phylloxeras includes protecting leaves from laying eggs into assimilative tissue – mesophyll – on their surface in the period preceding laying eggs. Aqueous solution of glue is applied by spraying at a concentration of 1 kg/100 l, which forms a protective film upon drying, which cannot be punctured by phylloxeras and does not interfere with leaf photosynthesis.
EFFECT: prevention of reproduction and destruction of the pest on the vegetative organs of the plant is provided.
