SUBSTANCE: described is the forming belt conveyor, which is used for the non-woven substrate production. Forming belt conveyor includes the first surface, defining the first surface plane and the axis, parallel to the longitudinal direction, corresponding to the machine direction during use. Many individual patterns of belt conveyors can be sequenced relative to the longitudinal direction. At least most of the many individual patterns of belt conveyors may include the belt conveyor single pattern total area, first forming zone having the three-dimensional protruding elements first pattern, passing outward from the first surface plane, and the second forming zone, having the three-dimensional protruding elements second pattern, passing outward from the first surface plane. First formation zone may have the first air permeability value, and the second formation zone may have the second air permeability value. First air permeability value may differ from the second air permeability value.

EFFECT: proposed is the forming belt conveyor, which is used for the non-woven substrate production.
