FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and chemical technology, in particular to the development of epoxy-perchlorovinyl compositions, and can be used to prepare self-healing paint coatings used to protect metal products and structures from atmospheric corrosion. Described is an epoxy-perchlorovinyl composition for preparing self-healing paint coatings under heating, including an epoxy-diane resin with a molecular weight of 800–1,100 g/mol, perchlorovinyl resin with a molecular weight of 31,000–57,000 g/mol, plasticizers – dibutyl phthalate or dioctyl phthalate, titanium dioxide pigment, microtalc or microbarite fillers, kovelos nanoscale additives (nanoscale silicon dioxide), or aerosil, or nanographite, organic solvents of grades P-5, P-4 with the following content of components (pts.wt.): epoxy-diane resin with a molecular weight of 800–1,100 g/mol – 9.5±0.5, perchlorovinyl resin with a molecular weight of 31,000–57,000 g/mol – 9.5±0.5, plasticizer – dibutyl phthalate or dioctyl phthalate – 3.5±0.5, pigment titanium dioxide – 19.5±0.5, fillers – microtalc or microbarite – 7±2, kovelos nanoscale additives (nanoscale silicon dioxide), or aerosil, or nanographite – 0.2±0.05, organic solvent of grades P-5 or P-4 – the balance up to 100 pts.wt.
EFFECT: developed is a composition for preparing paint coatings self-healing under heating.
